We believe that the relationship between a therapist and a client is the foundation of the healing process, which is why we pay extra attention to making sure you feel safe and understood.

We’ve created a completely judgement-free zone for you, where you just have to bring yourself as you are; you can come in your comfiest pajamas, bring in your favourite snacks or order-in food if you want to, we just want you to be as comfortable as possible.

We also provide our services online when required, to ensure therapy fits into your busy schedule.

Psychologist •

I have an M.Sc in Psychological Medicine and Mental Health (London Metropolitan University, UK), a Psychotherapy Diploma (KEW training academy, USA), a certification in Positive Psychology: Resilience (High Impact Consulting, USA), a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy certification (The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, USA), and PTSD, Trauma and Phobia Treatment Training (Sussex Hypnotherapy Centre, UK).

My focus is on helping clients build their self-esteem, develop healthy coping skills, address experiences of trauma, work through distress related to life transitions, improve communication, and set appropriate boundaries within relationships. I work with clients with depression, anxiety, stress-related issues, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem issues, and relational issues, primarily focusing on young adults.

I like to use various treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing.

Unlike some therapists who may view themselves as the expert in the room, I believe in taking a collaborative approach with my clients to determine the best course of action to meet their individual goals. I remain flexible in my treatment approach because each client's needs and goals are unique, and I don't believe that one size fits all when it comes to therapy. My aim as a clinician is to provide a safe, and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel validated and understood. My goal is to offer compassion and support, creating a space where clients can be their most authentic selves.

Healthcare Companion •

Named after Baymax from Big Hero 6, I too am a personal healthcare companion. I am available for all booked sessions if requested, and will try to be around for comfort and support or just to be cute and sleep near you sometimes.

I tend to be quite vocal at times, especially when those around me are feeling low. I have over 7 years of experience being around humans, helping them just by existing around them. Can't wait to help you too!

"HOW DOES THIS WORK?"

Once you schedule an appointment, you’ll get a call from us to briefly go over some basic things, after which we’ll send you the exact location of our setup. The first session is usually more introductory than therapeutic where we can go over our goals and you can see if it feels like a good fit for you, and then we schedule our regular weekly sessions.

"WHEN AND HOW DO WE PAY?"

It is customary to make the payment before the session starts, however, clients that have fixed weekly appointments can make a lump sum payment at the beginning of each month as well. We accept bank transfers (preferred) and cash.

"HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I HAVE TO TAKE TO GET BETTER?"

The frequency and duration of therapy depend on your unique needs as every client's situation is different. While some clients require short-term solution-based therapy that can be completed in a few sessions, others may require a longer-term supportive relationship.

During our initial consultation, we will work together to determine the optimal frequency of visits based on your needs. Typically, we suggest starting with weekly visits during the first month to establish momentum, and then we will assess your progress and adjust accordingly.

"WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?"

We take appointments from 12 PM till 8 PM, six days a week (Monday-Saturday). You can pick your preferred slot in the booking form.
